At Silicone Wristbands Direct, we are always working very hard to improve our products, website and customer service. At the end of the day all that we do we do for our customers!
Having launched our new website in August 2018 we felt that we could improve the steps that our customers take to customise and order their Wristbands. We have therefore added a completely new order process to make it as easy as possible for you, avoiding the need to visit multiple pages before ordering or scrolling down the page.
So in our blog we showcase these new improvements and the much simplified ordering process. We hope you like!
What has changed when I want to order my personalised Wristbands?
The main change is that we no longer have the different types (styles) and sizes of Wristbands and Lanyards as separate products. We felt that this may prove a little confusing to those customers that are not that familiar with the product.
We now have just three easy to order Wristband and Lanyard products you can reach with one click:
How do I customise my Lanyard?
You still have the same great selection of options depending on the type of product. The difference is that you can now choose your customisation options in 6 easy steps without having to keep scrolling down the page.

Will I get a Quote?
Yes, you will get an instant quote! Once you have reached Step 6 and made all your selections you will clearly see the price of your products both net of and inclusive of VAT.
And, what is more, you know that is all you have to pay. There are no hidden costs at Silicone Wristbands Direct! We do not charge set-up or design costs and delivery is FREE to the UK mainland.
Design your Own Products
If you are feeling creative and not quite ready to order then you can still design your own personalised Silicone or Fabric Wristband and Lanyard using our online Designer Tool.
Once you have created your draft design, then you can tell us how many Wristbands or Lanyards you need and simply click the button at the end to request al quote.
Obviously, we will still send a digital proof of the artwork for your approval prior to going to production and if you want to make any design or product changes then our expert design team will help you make those changes without any extra costs.
